摘  要:自我效能感是指个人对完成特定任务所具有的行为能力的自信程度。教师自我效能感的强弱直接影响着教学过程和教学效果。对影响自我效能感的因素进行分析可以为学校和社会提升教师自我效能感提供指导,引起学校和社会对教师心理素质的关注。Perceived self-efficacy refers to the confident level that belongs to an individual with which he or she could accomplish a given task.The degree of teachers' perceived self-efficacy directly influence the teaching processes and results.Analyzing the influencing factors towards perceived self-efficacy can provide instructions for schools and the society to improve teachers' perceived self-efficacy,and focus their attentions on teachers' mentalities.
