摘　　要：高校辅导员的形象包括很多方面的内容,可以从内在形象和外在形象加以分析和把握。高校辅导员具有正确的形象对学生来说具有重要的思想政治教育功能。The image of the university instructor including many aspects of content,we can from internal and external image to analyze and grasp the image.Correct image of university counsellors has an important function for students of the ideological and political education.
