摘　　要：通过高校辅导员情感投入驱动力的分析进一步提出情感是高校辅导员工作的出发点和落脚点,是保证辅导员工作成效的有效措施之一,进而说明高校辅导员应在本体、客体和环境三方面投入情感,发挥情感的积极作用,充分实现高校教书育人的重大现实意义。Through the analysis of emotional input driving force of university counsellors,this paper puts forward emotion is the starting point and the foothold of the work of university counsellors,is one of the effective measures to ensure their working effect,then explain university counselor should input their emotion in the three aspects of ontology,object and environment,play the positive role of emotion,fully realize the the important practical significance of teaching.
