摘　　要：为保证我国科技企业孵化器的可持续发展,在投资主体上应从单一的政府投资模式逐渐转向多元化的发展模式,引导大学科研机构、大企业、民间机构以及国外资本共同参与;建立项目筛选机制,严把企业入驻关,提高孵化质量;建立一支高素质的管理队伍,提升服务水平,充实服务内容,更好地发挥孵化器的作用;建立健全利益激励机制,提高孵化项目的成功率。Enterprises are the main body of independent innovation. The development of incubator has an obvious effect on technological enterprises. To protect the sustainable development of business incubators in China＇s technological enterprises, we should, first, adopt the enterprises-oriented pattern of development; second, we should pay more attention to the construction of internal quality system, the construction of modem corporate governance structure, the improvement of management system and the establishment of an effective management team; third, we should formulate the evaluation system for incubator; fourth, we should introduce more research institutes, large enterprises, private institutes and foreign capital to participate in investment in incubator, which will play a bridging role between new enterprises and investors; and fifth, we should foster the culture of enterprise pioneering and create an environment for innovation.
