摘　　要：目的了解护理学硕士研究生心理健康及社会适应能力状况,并探讨两者的相关性。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会适应性问卷(SAQ),对238名护理学硕士研究生进行调查。结果本组SCL-90阳性率为18.5%;Logistic回归分析显示,人际适应性、心理弹性、入学前教育程度能够解释心理健康总变异量的40.3%。结论护理学硕士研究生的心理健康状况较好,增强其人际适应性和心理弹性,对提高其心理健康水平具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the current status of psychological health and social adaptation ability in graduate nursing students,and explore the correlation between psychological health and social adaptation ability.Methods A total of 238 graduate nursing students were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） and Social Adaptation Questionnaire（SAQ）.Results The positive rate of SCL-90 was 18.5 percent.The logistic regression analysis showed that interpersonal adaptability,mental resilience and education degree could predict 40.3 percent of the variance for the students＇ psychological health.Conclusions The level of psychological health in graduate nursing students is good.It was of great importance to enhance graduate nursing students＇ interpersonal adaptability and mental resilience to improve their psychological health.
