摘 要:集配中心是主流的汽车制造企业入厂物流模式,然而基于循环取货的集配中心模式正越来越受到汽车制造企业青睐,成为其入厂物流改进的重要选择.文中从供应链协同运作的视角研究了汽车整车制造企业零部件入厂模式的选择问题.基于整车厂JIT生产需求,建立了整合生产策略、运输策略、库存策略的综合运作模型,获得关键决策变量的最优解,进而利用三维仿真方法获得了两种入厂物流模式的对比特征.研究结果解释了当前汽车入厂物流模式分布格局,也为企业入厂模式选择提供了重要指标与仿真依据.Supply-hub is the mainstream inbound logistics mode of automobile manufacturing firms. However, there is a growing trend that car manufacturers are increasingly favored with the new supply-hub mode which based on milk-run, and the pattern has become an important choice in inbound logistics im- provement. In this paper, auto parts' inbound mode selection studied from the perspective of collaborative supply chain operations. The consolidated operating models which based on JIT production requirements was established through the integration of production strategies, transport strategies and inventory strate- gies. Then, the models could get the optimal solutions of key decision variables. In turn, the comparative features of two inbound logistics modes were obtained by the three-dimensional simulation method. The results explain the distribution pattern in the current inbound logistics modes. They also provide important indicators and simulation basis for inbound logistics mode selection.
