摘  要:建立了河口及近岸沉积物中15种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的气相色谱-质谱测定方法.以25.0 mL二氯甲烷为萃取剂,超声萃取沉积物中的目标物,经硅胶固相萃取小柱净化分离后,用8.0 mL乙酸乙酯淋洗,使用气相色谱-质谱选择离子模式(SIM)对目标物进行定性、定量分析.在优化的实验条件下,该方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于9.6%(0.10μg/g,n=6),加标回收率在71.3%~106.8%之间,检出限为0.3~5.2 ng/g,可应用于泉州湾表层沉积物中PAEs的测定.A method for simultaneous determination of 15 phthalate esters(PAEs) in estuarine and coastal sediments by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was developed.The PAEs were extracted from sediment samples with 25.0 mL dichloromethane and ultrasonic technique.Solid phase extraction(SPE) column packed with silica gel was used to purify the analytes.The eluant was 8.0 mL of ethyl acetate.Qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by GC-MS with full scan and selective ion monitor(scan/SIM) mode.The recoveries for standard spiked in sediments ranged from 71.3% to 106.8%.Relative standard deviations(0.10 μg/g,n=6) for developed method were less than 9.6% for 15 PAEs.Limits of detection(LODs,3σ) were between 0.3 ng/g and 5.2 ng/g.The method was applied to determination of PAEs in sediments collected from Quanzhou Bay.
