摘　　要：我国经济转型对高素质技能型专门人才提出更高要求。本文从理论与技能、求实与创新以及实践与经验三个方面,讨论高职教育突出人才能力培养的相关焦点问题,以期对高职教育更新观念、全面提高人才培养质量有所启发和借鉴。China＇ s This paper, economic transformation imposes higher requirements on high-quality skilled personnel. from the perspectives of theory and skills, reality and innovation, and practice and experi ence, probes into the focal questions related to the talent ability training in higher vocational education in the hope of serving as an inspiration and reference on the renewal of thinking for improving the overall talents＇ training quality.
