摘  要:目的探讨解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)和微小脲原体(ureaplasma parvum,UP)的生长特性及其分离。方法从妇科门诊随机取266例阴道分泌物标本,通过固、液体培养后应用PCR,基因测序鉴别UU和UP,并筛选出与标准株(ATCC700970)序列相同的UP。取UU标准株T960(CX8=ATCC27618),分别进行培养,绘出生长曲线。结果标本中感染脲原体的有118例,其中UP阳性92例,UU阳性16例,混合阳性10例。固体培养可见大、中、小型的棕色菌落。UU生长周期为22h,UP为30h。液体培养基pH值达到7.5,UU需要13h,UP需要20h。结论临床分离发现UP阳性数高于UU,液体培养中UP的生长周期长于UU,pH值变化速度UP慢于UU,进一步证实了UP和UU是两个不同的种。Objective To discuss the growth characteristic and the clinical isolation medthod of Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU) and Ureaplasma Parvum(UP). Methods Two hundred and sixty-six samples of vaginal secretions were collected from the outpatient department of gynecology randomly. They were cultured by liquid and solid medium. Then PCR technic and sequence analysis were used to distinguish UU from UP. The UP with the same gene sequence as the standard strain(ATCC700970) was selected out. At the same time the standard strain UUT960( CX8 = ATCC27618) was obtained. They were cultured by liquid and solid medium separately. Then the growth curve could be drawn. Results Of all the 118 samples were affected with Ureaplasma, 92 of them were UP, 16 of them were UU, 10 of them were mixture-examples. The colonies of Ureaplasma on solid medium were brown. They could be divided into big, middle and small size. The growth cycle of UU was 22h and UP was 30h. It took 13h for UU to raise the pH of liquid medium to 7.5and for UP, 20h. Conclusion The findings indicate that the positive rate of UP is higher than UU, the growth cycle of UP is longer than UU in the liquid medium, the pH transition-speed of UP is slower than UU. All of them prove that UP and UU belong to disparate genera.
