摘  要:采用乳化剂和硝酸体系微波消解样品,带八极杆碰撞/反应池(ORS)的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定了霜膏类化妆品中铍、硼、铝、钛、铬、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、锡、锑、碘、钕、汞、铊和铅等17种微量元素。通过优化样品前处理和ICP-MS操作条件,降低了质谱干扰,各元素的检出限(3σ)在0.003~0.058 mg/kg,方法精密度(n=11)在1.7%~11.4%,加标回收率在89.49%~115.38%。方法可用于面霜、面乳、身体乳和卸妆油等测定。Samples were dissolved by digestion with HNO3 and emulsion dodecyl sodium sulfate,and the solutions were diluted to a definite volume and used for determination of 17 trace elements Be,B,Al,Ti,Cr,Zn,As,Se,Ag,Cd,Sn,Sb,I,Nd,Hg,Tl and Pb by ICP-MS with octopole collision/reaction system.Pretreatment method and analytical conditions of ICP-MS were optimized in quantification to afford elimination of mass spectral interferences.Detection limits(3S) of the 17 harmful elements were determined and the values obtained were in the range from 0.003 to 0.058 mg/kg,and precision of the method operated under the prescribed parameters gave values of RSDs(n=11) in the ranges from 1.7% to 12%.Tests for recoveries of 17 trace elements gave values in the range from 89.49% to 115.38%.This method can be used for determination of face cream,face milk,body milk and cleansing oil and so on.
