摘　　要：高新技术产业集群是一种典型的创新集群,创新是高新技术产业集群产生、发展和成熟的重要源泉和关键动力,高新技术产业集群在其形成和发展的过程表现出来强烈的创业特征:如创新性、高风险承担性、企业家精神等。文章从创业的角度对高新技术产业集群的形成及成长机理进行分析,并探讨了高新技术产业集群的创业特征与该产业集群的绩效关系。High-tech industry cluster is a typical innovation cluster.Innovation is source and power of its important and critical development and maturation.It has shown a strong entrepreneurial characteristics in the process of its formation and development： such as innovation,high risk,entrepreneurship and so on.The paper analyzes its formation and growth mechanism from the business point of view of entrepreneurial characteristics and discusses the relationship between the entrepreneurial characteristics and the performance of industrial clusters.
