摘 要:为有效降低设计人员的认知负担,提高集成建模效率,提出并实现了一种计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助工程集成建模方法。该方法通过特征域定义实现模型领域知识的自然分类,构造结构组件作为特征载体,将领域知识应用于特征求解,在结构组件内部约束和外部关联两个层次上建立序列化建模过程;利用特征关联矩阵进行特征关联动态管理,实现模型修改的特征联动,建立了完整的产品计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助工程集成模型。基于该方法开发了一种针对建筑钢结构工程产品的分析系统,通过网架模型的设计实例,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。To reduce cognitive burden of designers and improve efficiency of integrated modeling,a Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Engineering(CAD/CAE) integrated modeling method was proposed.With definition of characteristics domain,natural classification for domain knowledge of integrated model was achieved.Structure component was constructed as characteristics carrier,and the domain knowledge was applied in characteristic solution.A sequential modeling process was established by integrating internal restriction and external association of the structure components.Based on characteristic incidence matrix,dynamic management of characteristics association was realized.Furthermore,characteristic linkage of model modification was fulfilled and a product CAD/CAE integrated model was constructed.An analysis system of building steel structure based on the proposed method was developed to verify the correctness and effectiveness in a grid design.
