摘　　要：目的 :观察非酶性糖基化低密度脂蛋白及前列腺素 E2 对体外培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的作用。方法 :使糖基化低密度脂蛋白作用于体外培养的巨噬细胞 ,检测大剂量前列腺素 E2 作用后对细胞内过氧化脂质和脂滴含量的影响。结果 :巨噬细胞对糖基化低密度脂蛋白的吞噬能力加强 ,并表现出过氧化脂质含量增加 ,前列腺素 E2 对此有一定的抑制作用。结论 :初步揭示了糖尿病晚期动脉粥样硬化发生时泡沫细胞形成的机制 ,同时显示出大剂量前列腺素 E2Objective:To study the influence of large dose PGE 2 on accumulation of nonenzymatically glucosylated low density lipoprotein (glcLDL)in mouse peritoneal macrophages Methods:The mouse peritoneal macrophages culture in vitro, examine the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) and the amount of lipid drop in the cells Results:The level of LPO content and lipid drop amount in the macrophages under the glcLDL were significantly higher, and large dose PGE 2 inhibit them Conclusion:Large dose PGE 2 can inhibit foam cell formation in atherosclerosis in the advanced diabetes
