拟黑多刺蚁对S180荷瘤鼠免疫器官的影响及其抑瘤效应

摘　　要：目的；通过动物实验研究拟黑多刺蚁对Ｓ１８０荷瘤鼠免疫器官的影响及其抑瘤作用。方法：建立动物肿瘤模型，采用对比实验法。结果：蚂蚁液各实验组的荷瘤重均明显低于对照组。以中剂量抑瘤效果最好，抑瘤率高达６５．６２％；蚂蚁液各实验组胸腺和脾脏重量均明显高于对照组。结论：拟黑多刺义具有抑制Ｓ１８０肿瘤细胞生长的作用，并可增加荷瘤鼠免疫器官的重量。Objective:The effects of polyrhachis viciana Roger is studied on immune organ of mouse with S_(180) tumour and its function of restraining tumour by animal test.Methods:Build animal animal tumour model.Use contrast experiment.Result:The weights of tumours in experimenal groups given ant's liquid is significantly lower than control group (P< 0.05).Restraining tumour effect of middle dose group was the best.The rate of restraining tumour was up to 65.62 %.Thymus' and spleen's weights of experimental groups significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Polyrhachis vicina Roger possess action of restraining the growth of S_(180) tumour cell and increasing immune organ's weight of mouse with tumour.
