摘 要:为提高生物吸附剂对阳离子染料的吸附能力,本文采用简单的方法制备了均苯四甲酸酐修饰的啤酒酵母和甘蔗渣。实验结果表明:经过修饰后的啤酒酵母和甘蔗渣对阳离子染料碱性品红的吸附量分别为528.1和736.5mg.g-1,是未修饰的3.3和7.6倍,且分别能在630min和645min时达到最大吸附量并保持平衡。离子强度实验表明当共存离子K+的浓度低于0.1mol.L-1时,对碱性品红的吸附基本无影响。修饰后的这两种生物吸附剂对阳离子染料的吸附容量有了显著提高,且抗干扰能力强,有望应用于实际染料废水的处理中。In this study,waste beer yeast and sugarcane bagasse(SCB) were prepared to improve their adsorption capacity for cationic dyes: basic magenta.Experimental results showed that the adsorption capacity of the modified beer yeast and SCB were 528.1 and 736.5mg·g^-1,respectively,which were 3.3 and 7.6 times than the unmodified sorbents.Kinetic experiments showed that adsorption equilibrium could be obtained after 630 and 645 min for beer yeast and sugarcane bagasse(SCB),respectively.Ion strength experiments showed that it had little effects on the adsorption of dye when the concentration of co-ion K+ was lower than 0.1mol·L^-1.Results above indicated that the modified adsorbents had great potential in practical use.
