深板层角膜移植术治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价深板层角膜移植术治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床效果。方法对临床确诊为单疱病毒性角膜炎且经抗病毒药物治疗无效的患者，根据角膜炎累及角膜范围及深度选择深板层角膜移植术，共18例18眼。术后随访时间为12～36个月。观察术后视力、植片的透明度、复发率及术中术后并发症情况。结果18例中17例视力均有不同程度的恢复，矫正视力0．1～0．8，其中12例植片透明，5例植片轻度浑浊，1例角膜炎复发。结论深板层角膜移植是治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的有效手术方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of deep lamellar keratoplasty （DLKP） for herpes simplex keratitis. Methods Eighteen cases （ 18 eyes） of herpes simplex keratitis who could not be controlled by routine antivirus medicine were treated with DLKP. All patients were followed up for 12 - 36 months. The surgical complications, visual acuity, the transparency of grafts and recurrence rate were recorded. Tesults The best corrected visual acuities of 17 cases improved, ranging from 0.1 to 0.8.12 cases had transparent grafts. 5 cases had mild turbidity. 1 case had relapsed keratitis. Conclusion The deep lamellar keratoplasty is effective and safe for herpes simplex keratitis.
