摘　　要：英语教学不应该只是给学生提供学习和了解英语文化的机会,它还应该起到对外传播本民族文化的作用。景德镇作为"瓷都",千余年来留下了丰富的陶瓷非物质文化遗产,积淀了丰富的陶瓷文化,我们应深入探索英语教学的陶瓷文化导入,加强景德镇陶瓷文化与相对应的陶瓷英语的相关研究,对陶瓷非物质文化遗产进行保护传承。Classroom English teaching should not only provide a chance for students to learn and understand the cultures of those English-speaking countries but also should play a role in the transmission of Chinese culture. As the Porcelain Capital, Jingdezhen has an intangible ceramic cultural heritage of over a thousand years. Introducing ceramic culture into English classroom teaching and strengthening the efforts to research on Jingdezhen ceramic culture and ceramic English will help preserve and carry forward this age-old heritage.
