榄香烯抑制视网膜母细胞瘤HXO-RB44细胞COX-2和VEGF的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨榄香烯对视网膜母细胞瘤HXO-RB44细胞环氧化酶2(COX-2)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法体外培养HXO-RB44细胞,用20～100μg/mL榄香烯作用细胞48h,Westernblot检测COX-2和VEGF的表达情况。结果阴性对照组中,HXO-RB44细胞内COX-2和VEGF呈高表达,当用20～100μg/mL榄香烯处理后,其表达量明显降低,呈剂量依赖性。结论榄香烯可降低视网膜母细胞瘤细胞内COX-2和VEGF水平。Objective To study the effect of elemene on expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in HXO-RB33 cells.Methods Retinoblastoma cell line HXO-RB44 was cultured in vitro,and then incubated with 20～100 μg/mL elemene for 48 h.The expression level of COX-2 and VEGF was detected by Western blot.Results COX-2 and VEGF were high expressed in quiescent condition,after 20～100 μg/mL elemene treatment,the expression levels of COX-2 and VEGF were decreased.Conclusion Elemene could decrease the expression levels of COX-2 and VEGF,and it may be one of the antineoplastic mechanism.
