摘  要:目前国内使用的卸箱机主要有上世纪80年代德国设计生产和90年代后国内仿制的机型,存在功能单一、易产生误动作等明显缺陷。本文描述的案例,采用S7—300PLC,配合松下变频器,对输箱链、吸瓶架、出箱链、出瓶台进行控制,用OMRONG系列伺服驱动器及伺服电机控制进箱链定位,可以实现大小箱切换等功能。经在啤酒厂实际工作验证,采取此种方案设计的卸箱机较之传统卸箱机平均生产效率提高了80%以上,故障率已大大降低,该生产线的自动化水平也得到了明显提高。At present, there are main types of case unpackers in our country, which were designed and manufactured in Germany in the 1980s and imitated after the 90 s at home, and they have the evident defects, such as function singleness and frequent malfunction, etc. In the example described in this paper, it combines S7-300 PLC with the Panasonic frequency converters to control the case transporting chain, bottle attracting rack, case outputting chain and the bottle outputting table, and the functions of switching the big and small boxes, ete can be realized by applying OMRON G series servo drives and the servo motors to position the case entering chain. The practice production in the beer brewery verifies that the production efficiency of the case unpacker designed by this technical scheme has been enhanced for over eighty percent than the average production efficiency of the traditional unpacker, the failure rate has greatly been reduced and also the automation level of the production line has been improved obviously.
