摘  要:目的探讨离子型化学消融剂——稀盐酸能否增大单灌注射频电极消融范围。方法采用RITA射频消融治疗系统,按厂家推荐设定的消融时间、温度和功率分别为103℃3、0 W1、5 min,对2个完整离体牛肝进行稀盐酸增强射频消融,获得消融灶10个,测量其纵轴、横轴并计算体积。结果所有消融灶切面均为椭圆形或类椭圆形,与周围正常肝组织的分界清晰,消融灶中心呈果酱样;消融灶长轴平均为(5.51±0.06)cm,横轴平均为(4.50±0.11)cm,体积平均为(58.52±3.11)cm3。结论稀盐酸能在一定程度上增大射频消融灶范围。Objective To evaluate the influence of continuous infusion of diluted hydrochloric acid during radiofrequency ablation on the size of the ablated lesion produced.Methods According to the manufacturer's recommended conditions,the time,power and temperature of radiofrequency ablation were set at 103 ℃/30 W/15 minutes.Ten dilute hydrochloric acid enhanced radiofrequency ablation lesions were obtained in two entire ex vivo bovine livers.Ablation lesion volume was calculated by measuring the longitudinal and transverse diameters using the ellipsoid formula.Results All ablation lesions showed elliptical or elliptical-like shap with clear boundaries with normal hepatic tissues and the center of ablation lesions showed jam-like structures.The mean longitudinal diameters,transverse diameters and ablation volumes were(5.51±0.06)cm,(4.50±0.11)cm and(58.52 ±3.11)cm3,respectively.Conclusion To some extent,diluted hydrochloric acid can enlarge radiofrequency ablation lesions.
