摘　　要：公务员考核是指国家主管机关依据有关法律法规对公务员的工作表现和工作实绩进行考察的行政组织活动。它是公务员制度的重要内容,是评价和激励公务员的重要途径,是提高公务员整体素质和行政效率的重要手段。本文论述了我国公务员考核体系存在的问题、欧美发达国家公务员考核体系的经验及完善我国公务员考核体系的对策。The check of civil servant is a movement of administrative organization in which the main government sector examines the work and the work performance of the civil servant.It is the important content of the civil servant system.It is the important method of evaluating and promoting the civil servant.It is the important tool of enhancing the whole quality and the adminisrative efficiency of the civil servant.The paper studies the problems of the civi servant check system in China,and the experience of the civil servant check system for the developed countries in Europe and Northern America,and the perfect countermeasures of the civil servant check system in China.
