摘　　要：随着中国体育人才培养模式的转变,高校高水平运动队建设取得了令人瞩目的成绩,特别是在重点高校建立高水平运动预备队是新模式关键一环,是高校高水平运动队的初级模式.对重点高校高水平运动队的现状进行分析,从竞技体育可持续发展的角度,对中国高校竞技体育后备人才培养的现状及各种影响因素进行分析研究,旨在构建适合我国职业竞技体育发展的人才培养模式,从理论上对竞技体育的可持续发展之路进行有益的探索.With the transformation of the model of talent cultivation in sports,the construction of high-level sports teams has made remarkable achievements.To construct preliminary high-level sports teams in key universities is the crucial link of the new model.This paper,based on the analysis of the current situation of high-level sports teams in key universities,makes an analysis of the problems and the affecting factors of the athletic sports reserve talent cultivation to construct a talent cultivation model suitable for professional athletic sports development and theoretically explore the way benefiting the sustainable development of athletic sports.
