摘　　要：介绍了在大型机床主轴驱动系统中采用变频器的应用情况。交流主轴驱动开环系统由变频器、交流电机、齿轮箱组成,通过机械和电气技术,解决了在低速区转矩脉动和大惯性负载系统准确位置控制的问题,在运行中取得了良好收效。This equipment application for large model machine tool AC motors spindle drive system is introduced.The AC spindle drive open\|loop system consists of converter,AC motor and gear\|box.It solved problems at low speeds torque pulsation and large inertia load system accurate position control through machine and electric technique.The application results show that the method has achieved good effect.
