外源凝集素诱导的肿瘤细胞凝集作用与转移潜能相关

摘　　要：目的：探讨外源凝集素诱导的肿瘤细胞凝集作用与转移潜能的相关性。方法：在体外测定细胞完全凝集时所需的最低凝集素浓度。结果：MMA、DSA、WGA、L－PHA和ConA等均诱导人鼻咽癌细胞凝集，但浓度不同，而且同种凝集素诱导不同转移潜能肿瘤细胞凝集的最低有效浓度之间存着差异（P＜0．05）。E－PHA也诱导不同转移潜能肿瘤细胞凝集，但凝集素浓度之间无差异（P＞0．05）。结论：MMA、DSA、WGA、L－PHA诱导的细胞凝集与转移潜能正相关；conA诱导的与转移潜能负相关；E－PHA诱导的与转移潜能不相关。这一研究结果可能有助于肿瘤的恶化程度诊断和预后以及肿瘤转移分子机制的进一步探讨。objective: To Probe into the correlation of tumor cell metastsis potentials and tumor cell agglutination actions induced by lectins. Methods: The agglutination actions of syngeneic human nasopharyngeal caroinoma cells were assayed by send-quantification of the lowest effective concentrahons of exegenous lectins in virto. Results: The aggregations of the tumor cells with highly, mederately or poorly metastatic potential were induced by murine melanoma agglutinin (MMA), daura stramonium agglutinin (DSA), wheat germ agglutinin(WGA), conconavalia agglutinin(ConA) or leakoagglutinating phytohemagglutinin (L-PHA), but the lowest effective concentrations of the same one at which the tumor cell aggrgations were induced, were correlated with metastatic potentials (P < 0. 05 ). Morecover, erythroagglutinating phytohernagglutinin (E-PHA) also induced the cell grgations, but the concentrations were not correlated with the potenhals (P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The cell aggluhnation actions are correlated postivelywith the metastatic potenhall induced by MMA, DSA, WGA and L-PHA, and negatively by ConA, but not by E-PHA.
