化学诱导剂与玉米花粉诱导小黑麦单倍体的技术

摘　　要：为探索利用玉米花粉和化学试剂诱导产生小黑麦单倍体技术,采用了化学诱导剂与玉米花粉结合化学诱导剂两种方式,对其诱导六倍体小黑麦单倍体胚的效率,及1/2 MS和改良B5两种培养基对单倍体胚进行拯救的效果进行了研究。结果表明:在供试的15个冬性小黑麦组合中,各组合经两种诱导方式诱导所形成的单倍体颖果率具有明显差异,大部分组合经玉米花粉和化学诱导剂协同诱导后所形成的单倍体颖果率略高。在1/2 MS和改良B5培养基上进行胚拯救时,其总体单倍体胚成苗率间未检测到显著差异,但不同小黑麦组合的单倍体胚拯救效率在这两种培养基间存在一定程度的差异。本研究对进一步指导六倍体小黑麦单倍体胚诱导以及加倍单倍体小黑麦的培育与加速小黑麦育种进程具有指导意义。To develop the technique of induction tritciale haploid with chemicals and maize pollen-chemicals,15 hexaploid triticale hybrids were used to produce the haploid embroys by induction with chemicals and maize pollen-chemicals,and the haploid embroys were rescued on 1/2 MS and modified B5 mediums.The results showed that some different frequencies of caryopsidsis were observed among the 15 triticale hybreds with the two different induction means,and higher frequencies of caryopsidsis were found in most of the tritical combinations induced with the maize polle-chemicals.And no significantly different rescuing haploid embroys effects were detected between 1/2 MS and modified B5 mediums,However,some preferences to certain medium were detected in different triticale combinations.These results will help to direct the haploid embroy induction and haploid embroy rescue in hexaploid trticale.
