摘　　要：[目的]探讨矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的显微手术疗效。[方法]回顾性分析22例上矢状窦旁脑膜瘤患者的影像学资料、显微手术及其疗效。[结果]按Simpson切除标准,Ⅰ级切除7例,Ⅱ级切除12例,Ⅲ级切除1例,Ⅳ级切除2例,无手术死亡。随访1～3年,1例复发。[结论]充分的术前影像学检查及评估,采用先进的显微外科技术,提高了肿瘤全切率,减少了各种手术并发症。[ Purpose ] To investigate the efficacy of microsurgery for patients with parasagittal meningiomas. [Methods] The imaging date, microsurgery and response in 22 cases with parasagittal meningiomas were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] According to Simpson standard, 11 cases were in grade Ⅰ resection,7 cases in grade Ⅱ ,4 cases in grade m ,and 1 case in grade Ⅳ, no death case was found. All patients were followed up for 1 to 3 years,with 1 recurrence. [Conclusion] Sufficient imageology and carefully evaluation before operation, and application of advanced microsurgical technique may increase tumor total resection rate and reduce postoperative complications.
