摘 要:为研究日本血吸虫SjR47 组分抗原诱导的抗虫卵肉芽肿保护性免疫机制,探讨细胞因子TNFα及IL8与SjR47 诱导的保护性免疫力之间的关系,本研究用纯化的SjR47 组分抗原免疫BALB/c 小鼠,攻击感染后0~12wk 测定血清TNFα和IL8 水平的动态变化。实验结果表明,SjR47 可显著影响宿主TNFα水平的表达,推测SjR47 诱导的抗虫卵肉芽肿保护性免疫机制可能与宿主体内TNFα水平的变化有关。It has been reported that SjR47 possesses protective effect against schistosomiasis. To research further the mechanism of anti pathology immunity induced by SjR47 and approach the relations between TNF α or IL 8 and the protective ability of SjR47, BALB/c mice were immunized with SjR47 fractional antigens separated and purified from the erytherocytes of the rabbits infected with S. japonicum . After challenge, the mice sera were collected in 0-12 wk to observe the dynamic changes of TNF α and IL 8 levels. The results suggested that SjR47 affected the expression of TNF α levels in the host. It is supposed that the mechanism of the protective immunity induced by SjR47 may be related to the change of TNF α levels in the host.
