日本血吸虫SjR47组分抗原对免疫小鼠TNF-α和IL-8影响的研究

摘　　要：为研究日本血吸虫ＳｊＲ４７ 组分抗原诱导的抗虫卵肉芽肿保护性免疫机制，探讨细胞因子ＴＮＦα及ＩＬ８与ＳｊＲ４７ 诱导的保护性免疫力之间的关系，本研究用纯化的ＳｊＲ４７ 组分抗原免疫ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ 小鼠，攻击感染后０～１２ｗｋ 测定血清ＴＮＦα和ＩＬ８ 水平的动态变化。实验结果表明，ＳｊＲ４７ 可显著影响宿主ＴＮＦα水平的表达，推测ＳｊＲ４７ 诱导的抗虫卵肉芽肿保护性免疫机制可能与宿主体内ＴＮＦα水平的变化有关。It has been reported that SjR47 possesses protective effect against schistosomiasis. To research further the mechanism of anti pathology immunity induced by SjR47 and approach the relations between TNF α or IL 8 and the protective ability of SjR47, BALB/c mice were immunized with SjR47 fractional antigens separated and purified from the erytherocytes of the rabbits infected with S. japonicum . After challenge, the mice sera were collected in 0-12 wk to observe the dynamic changes of TNF α and IL 8 levels. The results suggested that SjR47 affected the expression of TNF α levels in the host. It is supposed that the mechanism of the protective immunity induced by SjR47 may be related to the change of TNF α levels in the host.
