山东茶区与南方茶区不同茶树品种特性试验比较

摘　　要：在不同的地理环境和气候条件的影响下,同一茶树品种的一些植物特性与原产地发生了变化,造成茶叶营养成分含量的差异性。本文通过对不同茶树品种主茶区有代表性试验地调查研究分析,发现不同区域有明显的差异,茶叶品质也拥有了当地栽培的一些特殊性。In different geographical environment and climate conditions,nutrient content of the same tea cultivar differ because of the chang of plant characteristics and origin.Through research and analysis on different tea tree cultivars in representative lord tea areas,different areas have obvious difference and the quality of tea also has some local cultural specificity.
