摘 要:针对物料粉磨的品质控制问题,分析了振动磨的性能控制。针对控制核心的磨筒介质冲击特性,比较了实体样机试验、理论分析和虚拟样机方法的特点。应用虚拟振动磨和参数化技术,获得了磨筒中的介质冲击特性、运动学行为与磨机动力学、工艺参数等之间的关联。依据磨料的物化特性、破磨特性确定了介质的冲击特性,进而确定振动磨动力学参数、结构参数、工艺参数、性能控制方法及品质控制等。介绍了一种振动与冲击问题研究的虚拟样机方法。The performance control of the vibration mill is analyzed regarding to the quality control of ground materials. In view of the impact features of media in the core-controlled grinding tube, the features of physical prototype experiments, theoretical analysis and virtual prototyping method are compared and contrasted. The relevancy among the impact features of media in the grinding tube, kinematic behavior and the dynamic behavior of the grinding mill, technical parameters are concluded through applying the virtual vibration mill and parameterization technology. Based on the physicochemical properties and crushing features of grinding materials, the impact features of media is determined, and then the dynamic parameters, structural parameters, technical parameters and quality control of the vibration mill are determined. In addition, a kind of virtual prototyping method studying vibration and impact is introduced.
