高强度聚焦超声联合免疫调节剂乌体林斯治疗胰腺癌48例免疫功能临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)联合免疫调节剂乌体林斯治疗不能手术切除的胰腺癌的临床效果。方法 48例胰腺癌患者接受HIFU治疗后,辅以乌体林斯免疫调节治疗。结果 48例患者均可评价疗效,联合治疗后VAS评分、PS评分均有不同程度下降;免疫学指标糖类抗原CA19-9及癌胚抗原也有明显下降,CD3+、CD8+及CD56+明显升高,差异有统计学意义。结论 HIFU联合乌体林斯治疗胰腺癌能控制肿瘤进展,改善生活质量,可提高胰腺癌患者远期生存率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） combining with the immune regulator utilins for the treatment of inoperable pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 48 patients with inoperable pancreatic cancer received HIFU combining with the utilins immune treatment in our hospital.Results The clinical effectiveness of 48 patients could be evaluated.After the combined treatment,the VAS scores and PS scores were found decrease than those before treatment.The immune indexes CA19-9 and CFA decreased evidently while the CD3＋,CD8＋ and CD56＋ increased apparently.The differences were of statistical significance.Conclusion The combined treatment of HIFU and utilins on treating pancreatic cancer can control the tumor progression,and improve the life quality of patients and extend the long-term survival rate.
