摘　　要：系统以先进的计算机通信网络为依托，采用多种信息处理技术，开发了防汛、防火、灾害性监测等针对性较强的软件，并将气象信息以图形、图象和文本等多种形式，提供给各级领导和市政府有关部门，在沈阳市的防灾减灾工作中发挥了重要作用。本文就系统的设计思路，实现的技术方法及实际应用情况作了简要介绍。Based on the advanced communication network,the software for anti disaster surveillance in developed using various informations treatment techniques.The government departments are provided with the meteorological information in the shape of figures,images or texts,which plays an important role in the anti disaster work in Shenyang.The design idea,realization techniques and their application are also introduced.
