摘  要:目的探讨MMP-2及nm23蛋白在乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法,检测86例乳腺癌及20例正常乳腺组织中MMP-2及nm23蛋白的表达,并分析其与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果乳腺癌中MMP-2的阳性率高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05),而nm23在乳腺癌中的表达明显低于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05);MMP-2和nm23在乳腺癌中的表达存在正相关(r=0.653,P<0.01)。MMP-2在乳腺癌的表达与淋巴结转移、组织分级及临床分期相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。nm23表达与淋巴结转移、组织分级及临床分期有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-2过表达及nm23表达缺失可能是乳腺组织恶性转变以及乳腺癌发生浸润转移的重要生物学标志,联合检测nm23和MMP-2对预测乳腺癌的浸润转移有重要意义。Objective To study the expression of nm23 and MMP-2 in breast cancer and their relationship.Methods The expression of nm23 and MMP-2 in 86 cases breast cancer tissues and 20 normal tissues was examined immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive rate of nm23 was significantly lower in breast cancer than that of normal breast tissue(59.3% vs 90.0%,P0.05),whereas the positive rate of MMP-2 was significantly higher in breast cancer than that of normal breast tissue(73.2% vs 15.0%,P0.05).nm23 expression in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis,histological grade and clinical stage,but not with patient age and tumor size(P0.05).MMP-2 expression in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis, histological grade and clinical stage (P0.05),but no with patient age and tumor size(P0.05).The positive rates between nm23 and MMP-2 were correlated in breast cancer(r=-0.447,P0.01).Conclusion The decreased expression of nm23 and over-expression of MMP-2 might be important biological markers for malignant transformation and invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.The combined detection of nm23 and MMP-2 has positive effects on predicting the invasion and metastasis in breast cancer.
