摘 要:利用遥感影像识别地物目标,达到动态监测目的是遥感影像应川的重要方面之一,而如何实现地物目标的自动识别义是其中的难点问题。针对遥感影像自动化应用的需求,在分析了观测影像和模板影像之间的多种差异,并综合考虑自动配准过程中精度、计算时间等多方面要求的基础上,提出了一种改进的基于目标边缘特征的模版匹配方法,并将其应用到基于遥感影像的地物目标自动识别中,设计并实现了具有较高自动化程度的遥感图像自动配准系统。It is one of the important aspects of the remote sensing image application that we can attain the objective of dynamic monitoring using remote sensing image to identify the surface features target. It is a difficult problem how to realize the automatic recognition of surface features targets. Aiming at the requirement of the remote sensing image automation, firstly this paper analyzes the various differences between observed image and template image. Secondly it proposes an improved template matching method based on target edge by making a comprehensive consideration of the accuracy and computing time in the procedure of automatic registration. Thirdly the method is applied to the automatic registration of surface features target based on remote sensing image. Finally, the remote sensing image automatic registration system which has a high degree of automation is designed and implemented.
