摘　　要：本文结合升格后的高职院校在新馆建设中存在经验不足、服务项目和服务内容增加、管理模式相对落后等现状,对新馆的建设在管理模式、服务项目、区域划分、功能布局、低碳节能等方面提出可行性的意见和建议。The paper combined the status quo on insufficient experience、increasing service items and service content 、backward the type of management during the building of the new library in upgraded higher vocational colleges,the author put forward the feasible advices and suggentments on the type of management、service items、service contents、regionalism、function layout、energy-saving act during the building of the new library.
