摘 要:目的:探讨螺旋CT智能触发技术在肝动脉双期扫描的最优化方案。方法:对300病例按检查时间顺序分3组,以腹腔动脉分支处的腹主动脉为监测点,每组触发阀值设置为120HU、150HU和170HU,延迟3秒从头侧到足侧进行动脉早期扫描容积扫描,间隔15秒后再进行动脉晚期扫描,将肝实质强化CT值<5HU、肝动脉CT值>80HU作为优化的动脉早期成像标准。对组间优化率比较用X2检验。结果:3组间以150HU组动脉双期增强效果最佳,优化的动脉早期成像符合率最高,X2=22.344,P<0.01。结论:以腹腔动脉分支层面的腹主动脉为监测点,触发阀值150HU,延迟3秒扫描,为较优化的双期增强方法,有助于提高小病灶尤其是一过性强化病灶的检出率。Objective:discussion the best pro- gram in smart triggered spiral CT hepatic artery in two - phase scanning.
