手术显微镜在阴茎背神经切断术治疗早泄中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价显微镜下阴茎背神经选择性切断术治疗早泄的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2008年～2010年采用显微镜下阴茎背神经选择性切断术治疗早泄病例50例,术后随访6个月。结果:治愈20例,好转26例,无效4例(50例患者均无龟头麻木及勃起异常及水肿),性伴侣满意度90%。结论:手术显微镜下阴茎背神经选择性切断术治疗原发性早泄,比肉眼直视下手术更安全、更有效。Objectives： To evaluate the effect of microscopic surgery in the resection of dorsal penile nerves for the treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods： We selected 50 cases of premature ejaculation patients who have received selective resection of dorsal penile nerves through microscopic surgery between 2008 and 2010.The patients were followed up for 6 months after the surgery.Results： Twenty cases got recovered,26 cases improved and 4 cases revealed little improvement.The satisfaction rate of their sexual partner is 90%.Conclusion： Microscopic resection of dorsal penile nerves through microscopy is more effective and safe then the direct resection of dorsal penile nerves.
