摘　　要：针对地地导弹退役决策的问题,对影响导弹退役的各种主要因素进行了详细的讨论,建立了各因素定量评估模型.应用模糊聚类方法对导弹的退役进行了分析和计算,评估了导弹的最佳退役时间.仿真实例验证了所提出的导弹退役决策方法.Aiming at retirement policy-making question of surface-to-surface missile,the factors affecting retirement are analyzed,and the quantitative assessment model of the main factors is built.Fuzzy classification method is used to analyze and calculate the retirement of missile,and the best retirement time of missile is evaluated.The retirement policy-making method of missile is proven by the simulation example.
