摘  要:在模具生产中,孔加工占有较大比重,随着机械工业的发展,对工模具的要求量及对工模具的质量都提出了很高的要求。因此提高工模具的加工质量和如何采取先进、合理的加工工艺,都越来越被重视。结合模具加工的实践和经验,对于模具小深孔(准1.5mm~准6mm)的加工工艺(淬火后)进行了总结和研究。In the mold production,drilling account for a large proportion especially with the development of machinery industry.The requirements of the molds and the quality of the molds have put forward a very high demand.Therefore,to improve the quality of the molds and how to take the advanced and reasonable processing have been attached more and more attention.In this article,processing technology(after quenching) of small deep hole drilling(Ф1.5~Ф6) was overviewed,on the basis of practice and experience for mold machine in Machining Repair Factory of Zhangdian iron and steel works for the past twenty years.
