摘　　要：本文运用全球创业观察完善后的模型框架,对河南省创业环境的各个方面进行分析比较和客观评价,指出了其中存在的问题,在此基础上有针对性地提出了优化河南省创业环境的措施。By means of GEM＇s improved model framework,this paper analyzes and compares the various aspects of entrepreneurial environment of Henan province,then gives them the objective evaluation and points out the problems in them,and then based on that pertinently puts forward the optimizing measures for the entrepreneurial environment of Henan province.
