摘　　要：第二次世界大战以来,跨国公司获得了空前的发展,扮演着经济社会的重要角色,并推拥着世界经济一体化和全球化走向未来。作为一个发展中、负责任的大国,中国需要有自己的跨国公司,这不仅是经济全球化和世界经济一体化发展趋势所迫,更是中国经济发展和走向强国之列的必然。文章从企业战略联盟及发展趋势出发,提出了我国企业实施战略联盟的对策。since the end of world war ii,the multinational companies achieved unprecedented development and plays an important role of the economy and society,and the country about tyre and hugged the integration of the world economy globalization and into the future.As a major developing,responsible nation,China needs to have his multinational company,this is not only economic globalization and integration of the world economy development trend,but also forced by China＇s economic development and go to one of the strongest countries in the inevitable.This article from the enterprise strategic alliance and the development trend of China＇s enterprises,and puts forward the countermeasures of strategic alliance.
