摘　　要：产业集群是我国经济体系中一种重要组织形式,集群升级是现阶段产业集群发展的迫切性要求。自主技术创新是产业集群升级的内在动力,而知识产权战略的实施对自主技术创新的开展存在着天然的激励性。知识产权战略与自主技术创新的联动效应可以对产业集群升级产生实质性的促进作用,从而为我国产业集群升级提供了可行的方法。Industrial cluster is an important econom ic organization form in China＇s economic system,and the cluster upgrade is urgent requirement of cluster development at this stage.Independent technical innovation is the inner motivation to upgrade industrial clusters,and intellectual property strategy has inherently motivation for the implementation of independent innovation.The linkage effects of intellectual property strategy and autonomous technological innovation have a substantial role in promoting the upgrading of industrial cluster,which may feasible cluster to upgrade China＇s industrial cluster.
