摘  要:建立了同时测定平菇中联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯等6种拟除虫菊酯类农药的多残留快速分析方法。样品以乙腈为提取溶剂,弗罗里硅土柱层析净化,GC-μECD分析测定。结果表明,供试农药在0.005~1.0 mg.kg-1的添加浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.998;方法的添加回收率为83.80%~113.98%,变异系数为1.32%~13.26%,最低检出浓度为5~10μg.L-1。该方法的准确性、精确性和灵敏度均达到农药残留分析的要求。A rapid multiresidue analytical method for determination of 6 pyrethroid pesticides in Pleurotus ostreatus was developed by gas chromatography with ECD(electron capture detection).The sample of Pleurotus ostreatus was extracted by acetonitrile,cleaned up by florisil column and detected by GC-μECD.The ECD re-sponse for selected pesticides was linear between 0.005 and 1.0 mg·kg-1,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.998.The average recoveries of 6 pesticides ranged from 83.80% to 113.98% in Pleurotus ostreatus,and the relative standard deviations were 1.32%-13.26%.The minimum detectable concentrations of selected pesticides ranged from 5 to 10 μg·L-1.The results showed that the method could meet the demands of multiresidue analysis of pesticide.
