口服达克罗宁胶浆和利多卡因胶浆在胃镜诊疗中有效性的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨口服达克罗宁胶浆在胃镜诊疗中麻醉润滑作用及祛泡效果。方法将入选的202例患者随机分为两组,每组各101例,试验组胃镜诊疗前口服达克罗宁胶浆,对照组口服利多卡因胶浆,比较两组间插镜难易度、祛泡效果、受检者不适程度,以及两组中焦虑和无焦虑受检者插镜难易度、不适程度。结果与对照组比较,试验组受检者不适感比例较低(14.85%vs28.71%,P<0.05),祛泡效果达清洁者比例高(79.21%vs65.35%,P<0.05),插镜操作容易(84.16%vs69.31%,P<0.05);但两组中焦虑与无焦虑受检者在胃镜诊疗时的不适感(χ2=0.003,P=0.958)及(χ2=0.121,P=0.728)、插镜难易程度(χ2=0.058,P=0.810)及(χ2=1.248,P=0.264)比较均无差异。结论与利多卡因胶浆相比,口服达克罗宁胶浆在胃镜诊疗中咽喉局部麻醉和润滑作用明显,且祛泡效果良好,能有效减轻患者的不适感,与受检者焦虑程度无关。Objective To explore the effect of dyclonine mucilagines on topical pharyngeal anesthesia,lubrication and antifoam in gastroscopy.Methods Two hundred and two subjects were randomly divided into two groups（101 pts/group）.Pts received dyclonine mucilagines（DM arm）or lidocaine mucilagines（LM arm）before gastroscopy.The primary aim of the study was to evaluate the difficulty ofintubation,the degree of comfort,the effect of antifoam,and the difficulty ofintubation,the degree of comfort of the subjects of both anxiety and no anxiety in comparison with two groups.Results Compared with the LM arm,less patients in the DM arm felt discomfort（14.85% vs 28.71%,P0.05）.Better effect of antiform（79.21%vs 65.35%,P0.05）and more easement ofintubation （84.16%vs 69.31%,P0.05）were observed in the DM arm.But the degree of discomfort （DM arm：χ^2=0.003,P=0.958 and LM arm：χ^2=0.121,P=0.728）and the difficulty ofintubation （DM arm：χ^2=0.058,P=0.810 and LM arm：χ^2=1.248,P=0.264）had no significant difference compared with patients with anxiety and those without anxiety in two groups,respectively.Conclusions Compared with lidocaine mucilagines,oral dyclonine mucilagines had obvious effect on topical pharyngeal anesthesia,lubrication and antifoam in gastroscopy,and could reduce the degree of discomfort.But it seemed no relative with patients＇ anxiety.
