种植球帽附着体半固定修复治疗半口无牙颌6例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨种植球帽附着体半固定修复技术在无牙颌患者修复中的操作及临床疗效。方法:使用种植球帽附着体半固定修复技术对6例半口无牙颌患者进行修复,所有患者在种植修复前均已使用传统修复方式常规活动义齿进行治疗。分别测定患者的活动义齿、种植球帽附着体半固定修复义齿当天及修复后6个月的咀嚼效率和最大咬合力。结果:治疗后患者的咀嚼效率和最大咬合力比活动义齿有显著的提高(P<0.05)。种植牙修复当天和修复后6个月的咀嚼效率及最大咬合力比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:种植球帽附着体半固定修复技术在半口无牙颌患者修复中具有显著的疗效,适于临床推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of applying ball-cap retained implant-supported overdenture in partly dentulous patients. Methods：Firstly, Six partly dentulous patients were trea- ted with traditional removable denture; then they received overdenture supported by ball-cap re- tained implants. The masticatory efficiency and maximum biting force were measured in the day with removable denture,the every day with and six months after overdenture supported by ball-cap retained implants. Results：The patients with overdenture supported by ball-cap retained implants had significantly better masticatory efficiency and maximum biting force than those with removable denture （P〈0.05）. No significant difference was found between the every day and six months after implant-retained overdenture （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Implant supported ball-attachment retained overdenture for partly dentulous patients can effectively get good functional recovery and it worth widely clinical application.
