摘　　要：知识经济背景下,知识集成成为企业创新的核心机制,在企业创新能力的形成与提升过程中起着极为关键的作用。分析了知识集成对企业创新的影响机理,并在此基础上建立了知识集成对企业创新能力影响的理论模型,以165家知识型企业为样本进行了实证研究。研究结果证实了内部知识集成显著正向影响技术创新能力和管理创新能力,外部知识集成显著正向影响技术创新能力,并以技术创新能力为中介正向影响管理创新能力,内部知识集成对外部知识集成也有显著的正向影响。In the knowledge economy,knowledge integration has become the central part of enterprise innovation and played an important role in the forming and promotion of enterprise innovation capability.This paper analyzed the influence of knowledge integration to enterprise innovation and built up the concept model.Afterwards an empirical research was carried out taking 165 knowledge-intensive enterprises as samples.The research proved that internal knowledge integration has a significant positive effect on technical innovation capability and management innovation capability;external knowledge integration has a significant positive effect on technical innovation capability,and influences management innovation capability via technical innovation capability.It also proved that internal knowledge integration has a significant positive effect on external knowledge integration.The research result provided new ideas for the enterprises to improve innovation capability in the knowledge economy.
