摘　　要：西部中小IT企业自主创新属于技术与市场联合驱动的模式,相对落后于中东部地区。通过对影响企业自主创新能力因素的分析,探析中小IT企业自主创新能力的深层次结构关系,为中小企业自主创新能力的形成和提升提供一定的参考。The independent innovation of small and medium IT enterprises in West China belongs to the co - driven model of market and technology, which is relatively backward compared with the eastern and middle areas of China. Through analyzing the factors of independent innovation capability, the paper studies the deep structure of independent innovation capability of SMEs and provides reference for the formation and improvement of independent innovation capability of SMEs.
