摘　　要：认为缺乏科学合理的中小企业信用评价工具,是关中——天水经济区中小企业发展面临严重资金短缺的主要原因之一。在研究商业银行现有信用评价体系的基础上,基于不同的视角创新性地针对关天经济区中小企业量身构建信用评价指标体系。The deficiency of scientific and reasonable credit evaluation index system for small and medium - sized enterprises is one of the main reasons that the small and medium - sized enterprises face serious shortage of funds in their development in the Guanzhong - tianshui Economic region. Based on the study of existing credit evaluation systems of commercial banks, this paper constructs the credit evaluation index system for small and medium - sized enterprises from a different perspective, so as to provide the scientific basis for their financing problems.
