摘　　要：论述了射频仿真系统阵列结构的性能、工作环境、结构设计、尺寸计算以及球面阵结构的有限元力学分析计算，阐述了保证射频仿真系统阵列结构中单元位置精度的调整方法等关键技术。The capability,setting,structure design,size caculation and FEA of the array structure in the microwave simulation system are discussed.The key technologies of how to guarantee the position precision of the cells in the array structure in the radio freqency simulation system and so on are expounded.
