热性惊厥患儿血清CK-BB与LP水平及预后分析

摘　　要：目的分析热性惊厥(FS)患儿血清脑型同工酶(CK-BB)与脂蛋白(LP)水平变化,探讨其与患儿预后的关系。方法收集2009年1月至2011年1月中华科技大学附属深圳南山人民医院诊治的热性惊厥患儿共60例,为FS组,选择同期我院感染发热无惊厥患儿50例为对照组;取患者静脉血后,测定患儿血清CK-BB与LP的水平,并进行比较分析。结果热性惊厥组血清CK-BB、LP水平与对照组比较,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热性惊厥患儿血清中CK-BB与LP水平与热性惊厥密切相关,可作为判定患儿预后的良好指标。Objective To analyze febrile seizures（FS） serum brain isoenzyme（CK-BB） and lipoprotein（LP） level,and to explore patients prognosis.Methods From January 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of febrile seizures in children with a total of 60 cases,the FS group,select the same hospital infection in febrile children without seizures for the control group,50 cases;Taken the blood of patients to determine serum CK-BB and LP level and comparative analysis.Results The serum levels of febrile seizures CK-BB,LP compared with the control group,were significantly higher,the difference was significant（P0.05） .Conclusions Children with febrile seizures serum CK-BB and LP level and is closely related to febrile seizures,can be used as a good indicator to determine the prognosis of patients.
