摘　　要：在我国油气行业开展的项目后评价工作中,通常只根据集团公司设定的相关标准,根据企业或项目实际的效益,采取前后对比法对其经济效益进行后评价。针对油气田开发建设项目具有投资大,工期长,风险高等特点,文章将反映项目实际收益情况的EVA指标引入到经济效益后评价指标体系中,并结合实际具体案例进行分析,为今后该类项目经济效益后评价工作的开展提供参考和借鉴。Post evaluation in China＇s oll and gas industry usually carries out in accordance with the relevant standards set by the company. Before and after comparison is usually taken in the post evaluation of economic benefits according to the actual benefits of the enterprise or the project. In fact, the oil and gas field development and construction projects have characteristics such as large investment, long construction period and high risk. This paper considers taking the EVA index which can better reflect the actual benefits of the projects into the economic evaluation index system. Combined with the practical analysis of an actual case, the paper can give more reference for the future post evaluation of economic benefits in such projects which will carry out in future.
